Melbourne University French Club

Hey frenchies and french lovers! Week 6 is a big week at the university, especially for the foreign language and culture clubs, it’s going to be really FON! Lame joke, but the Festival Of Nations is happening in week 6 so I encourage you all to come along and partake in this cultural extravaganza! And your fab french club will be there selling crepes like the hot cakes they are! And to all you diehard french club fans, we will be having normal conversation as well! So pop along and say hi to all your buddies!

Details:

Tuesday: Your fun filled french conversation will be happening as per usual this Tuesday in the Babel Building, room 303 from 12.30 - 1.30

Wednesday and Thursday: The Festival of Nations will be happening in north court from 12.00 until 3.00 on both days, French club will be there making Crepes with your choice of Nutella, Lemon and Sugar, or Jam! They are finger licking good crepes so come along and grab a crepe! Prices will be $3.00 for French Club Members, and $4.00 for non-french club members! And Please! Do not forget your French Club membership card, no card, no discount!

Salut à tous, francophiles et aussi les autres (ils se reconnaitrons, ou pas …)

La semaine qui vient (week 6) est plutôt chargée à l’Université (comme toutes les semaines ou presque, mais celle là encore plus !!!). La grosse activité de la semaine, j’ai nommé Festival Of Nations, va vous permettre de découvrir les langages du monde, et les cultures associées, odnc n’hésitez surtout pas à y faire un tour. Comme vous le savez sans doute (ou pas), le French club y participe, et va se faire un devoir de faire découvrir nos savoureuses crêpes bretonnes au monde entier !!!
Par ailleurs, il y aura conversation, comme d’habitude, ce mardi.
(Info pour ceux qui ne lisent que la version Française de la newsletter, je vous ai évité une des blagues les plus pourrie que Hayden ait jamais faite, remerciez moi !!)

En détail :
Mardi : Conversation comme d’habitude, 12h30 - 13h30, Babel Building Room 303.

Mercredi et Jeudi : Festival Of Nations, North Court, de 12h à 15h chaque jour. Le French Club vous cuisinera de succulentes crêpes, avec au choix, Nutella, Citron, ou sucre. (pas de beurre, attention au cholestérol !!) Les prix s’échelonnent de 3 dollars pour les membres du club à 4 dollars pour les curieux et autres badauds. Donc n’oubliez pas votre carte de membre !! (Pas de carte, pas de réduction !!!)
